Obituary of Perry Lund

A memorial service and reception will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, at West Lawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Eugene for Perry Russell Lund of Eugene, who died Sept. 15 at age 64. The family chose not to list the cause of death.He was born Dec. 27, 1947, in Eugene to Hubert and Ella Mae Pounder Lund. He married Sue Gibbons on Oct. 2, 2006, in Bandon.He graduated from Willamette High School in 1966. He worked for Joe Romania Chevrolet/Kendall Chevrolet from 1969 to 2012.Survivors include his wife; a son, Jordan of Portland; a daughter, Emily Lund of Eugene; a sister, Sharon Lund of Eugene; and three grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove’s at West Lawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Eugene.Remembrances to the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans.
