Obituary of Faye Harris

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12, at the Church of Christ in Vallejo, Calif., for Faye Evelyn Harris of Eugene, who died Oct. 3 of age-related causes. She was 95.She was born Sept. 16, 1917, in Rector, Ark., to Fred and Ethel Williams Davidson. She married Frank Harris on Oct. 14, 1939, in Long Beach, Calif. He died Sept. 6, 2000.She graduated from McCune Rural High School in McCune, Kan. She was a homemaker and a church worker.Survivors include a son, Roger of Sun City West, Ariz.; a daughter, Marilyn Lynch of Eugene; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. A son, Norman Harris, died previously.Burial will be held in Vallejo. Arrangements by Musgrove’s at Lane Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home in Eugene.
