Obituary of Paul McArthur

JUNCTION CITY — Paul Neal McArthur of Junction City died Oct. 6 at age 79. The family chose not to list the cause of death.He was born Feb. 2, 1933, in Spaulding, Okla., to Sam and Jackie McArthur. He married Lena Meridith on Sept. 29, 1978. She died Sept. 1, 1998.He served in the National Guard, Army and Air Force. He worked in commercial construction.Survivors include three sons, Ray of Pleasant Hill, Ed of Junction City and Dave of Portland; a daughter, Rhonda Pettigrew of Junction City; a stepdaughter, Dawn Lopez of Eugene; and 10 grandchildren.Inurnment will be at Rest Lawn Memorial Park in Junction City. Arrangements by Musgrove’s at Chapel of Memories Funeral Home in Eugene.
