Ellinor Kephart of Eugene, died Oct. 18 of natural causes. She was 95. A Memorial Service is planned for October 28th at 2:30 pm at Peace Presbyterian Church on River Road. A Memorial Service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29, at St Andrews Presbyterian Church in Yuba City, California.
