Obituary of David Thom

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Nov. 3 at West Lawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Eugene for David R. Thom of Eugene, who died Oct. 19 of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was 45.He was born March 30, 1967, in Eugene to Daniel and Carolyn Gilzow Thom.He graduated from North Eugene High School.He worked as a stable manager for Lakeview Stables and as a technician for Absolute Appliance in Eugene.Survivors include his domestic partner of 10 years, Celia Gave; his mother, Carolyn Thom of Eugene; a daughter, Chyna Thom of Kailua, Hawaii; and two brothers, Randy of Junction City and Ryan of Eugene.Arrangements by Musgrove’s at West Lawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Eugene.
