Dean RabideauThe funeral will be at 11 a.m. Nov. 8 at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4039 in Creswell for Dean Rabideau of Eugene, who died Oct. 30 of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. He was 65.Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Nov. 8 at the VFW Post 4039 in Creswell.He was born Feb. 7, 1947, in Billings, Mont., to Carl and Anita Young Sousley. He married Michelle Smith on Aug. 26, 1985, in Cody, Wyo.He worked as a logger and log truck driver and also worked in the insurance industry.Survivors include his wife; three sons, Mike Rabideau of Cottage Grove, Scott Rabideau of Lompoc, Calif., and Brian Jones of Monmouth; three daughters, Kendra Engquist of Cottage Grove, Shelley Kenyon of Malin, Ore., and Diane Shequin of Veneta; a brother, Clark of Tigard; a sister, Jean Ellis of Klamath Falls; and eight grandchildren.Burial will be at 1 p.m. Nov. 8 at Creswell Pioneer Cemetery.
