Obituary of Karla Lundgren

Beloved wife, mother and sister, Karla Florien Lundgren, passed away on October 30, 2012. Karla was born January 7th, 1942 to George and Virginia Selwyn in Los Angeles, CA. She was raised overseas and then came back to the United States where she graduated from Cal Western College in Point Loma, CA with a bachelor's degree in Education. Karla was a teacher and an avid reader. She had an immense love for her pets and her family. Karla enjoyed 35 years with her best friend and husband, Gary Lundgren. Karla is survived by her sisters Sandra Perrott of Cairns, Australia and Kristina Israel of Auckland, New Zealand and her children Cynthia Fernandez of Woodbridge, VA, Carl Stohr of Chula Vista, CA, Michael Lundgren of Eugene, OR, Tracy Lundgren of Albany, OR and Kristin Lundgren of Eugene, OR. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.A Memorial Service will be held at West Lawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Eugene on Friday, November 9th at 1:00 p.m.In lieu of flowers remembrances can be made to Greenhill Humane Society Eugene Oregon.
