Lynn EngelJUNCTION CITY — A memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 10, at 2 p.m. at Westminister Presbyterian Church in Eugene for Lynn Engel of Junction City, who died Nov. 1 of complications from cancer. He was 62.He was born Dec. 2, 1949, in Mankato, Minn., to Roland and Elnor Juberien Engel. He married Phyllis Jean Menk on Oct. 10, 1969, in St. Peter, Minn.He attended Gustavus Adolphus College and graduated with honors with a bachelor’s degree from the Oregon Institute of Technology. His early career was dairy farming and truck driving, and he later worked as a certified photogammetrist. He was part owner of 3DI West in Eugene.Survivors include his wife Phyllis, two sons, Brian of Sherwood and Jason of Granada, Minn.; a daughter, Sara Engel of Eugene; three brothers, Steve of LaPorte, Minn., Wayne of Kennewick, Wash., and Paul of Nicollet, Minn.; and five grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
