Obituary of Eric Wurster

Eric WursterA memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at United Lutheran Church in Eugene for Eric Robert Wurster of Eugene, who died Oct. 31 of cancer. He was 62.He was born July 31, 1950, in Cincinnati to John and Louise Stemler Wurster. He married Sally Jane Cairnes on Oct. 13, 1990, in Eugene.He worked for Lane County Public Works for 20 years, retiring in May 2012.Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Catelin Thompson and Samantha Cairnes, both of Eugene; a brother, Christopher of Green Castle, Ind.; and two grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
