Albert JohnsonAlbert Quentin Johnson of Eugene died Nov. 28 of age-related causes. He was 94.A celebration of life will be held later by his family in Reedsport.He was born July 14, 1918, in Grandview, Wis., to Gus and Mayme Verville Johnson. He married Josephine Lucas on April 20, 1939. She died previously.He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Navy. He worked in area mills as a welder and retired as a plant foreman for Bohemia Lumber Inc.Survivors include a son, Larry of Salem; a daughter, Karen Priest of Eugene; a sister, Jeanette Brooke of Florence; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Remembrances to CASA of Lane County in Springfield in his name.
