Obituary of Rosemary Batori

Rosemary BatoriA memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Eugene for Rosemary Batori of Eugene, who died Nov. 22 of age-related causes. She was 99.She was born July 14, 1913, in Dorchester Dorset, England, to George and Elsie Ryall White. She married Stephen Batori on April 8, 1944, in Dorchester Dorset.She attended Thornelow School in Weymouth Dorset, England. She worked her entire career in education management in England and in the United States at the elementary and college level.Survivors include a son, Michael of Carmel, Calif.; a daughter, Tina of Eugene; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
