Obituary of Olin Byerly

Olin ByerlyOlin M. Byerly of Salem, formerly of Eugene, died Dec. 15 of age-related causes. He was 93. A private family memorial service is planned at a later date.He was born Nov. 16, 1919, in Weldon, Iowa, to Edgar and Olive Mitchell Byerly. He married Lucille Williams on Sept. 14, 1948, in Crystal Falls, Mich. She died Nov. 17, 2010.He attended and received degrees from William Penn College and the University of Illinois Medical School. He worked as a physician at River Road Medical Group before retirement.Survivors include two sons, Robert and Larry; two daughters, Sandra Olson and Betty Dunn; and 10 grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
