Obituary of Bradley Hamburger

COTTAGE GROVE — A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Jan. 5 at Willamette Christian Center in Eugene for Bradley “Brad” Hamburger of Cottage Grove, who died Dec. 15 of cancer. He was 66.He was born Nov. 6, 1946, in Scottsbluff, Neb., to Joel and Ruth Mittleider Hamburger. He and his wife, Phyllis, were married Dec. 13, 1969, in Eugene.He graduated from Thurston High School in 1965 and attended Lane Community College. He served in the Air Force for four years. He worked for Pacific Northwest Bell (US West and Qwest) for 31 years.Survivors include his wife; a son, Bryan of Creswell; a daughter, Erin Hamburger of Cottage Grove; two brothers, Steve of Downey, La., and Tim of Tillamook; and a sister, Patty Scriven of Springfield.Burial will be at Lane Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Musgrove’s at Lane Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home in Eugene. Remembrances may be sent to Cascade Health Solutions Hospice or Willamette Christian Center Missions.
