Obituary of Derek Nielson

Derek Nielson of Eugene, born January 14, 1966, passed away of natural causes on March 5, 2013. Derek is survived by his mother Edith, brothers Eric, Hans and Chris, two nieces, two nephews and other various relatives. His interest in the arts were drawing and photography.Additional interests included hiking, computer customization and gardening. Derek had a very generious heart and sacrificed his own time to ensure that friends and loved ones needs were met before his own.A Memorial Service is scheduled for Tuesday, March 12 at 2:00 p.m. at West Lawn Memorial Funeral Home, 225 South Danebo Avenue, Eugene .
