Obituary of Deborah Halterman
Deborah Lynn Halterman passed away March 10, 2013. She was 58. A memorial service will take place Wednesday March 20, 2013 at 1pm in the Musgrove Family Center. Deborah was born February 23, 1955 to William and Gail (McGuire) Plymale in Oxnard California. She was a high school graduate and attended college classes to further her career. She married Bob Halterman on August 16, 2012 in Eugene Oregon. Deborah had a love for animals of all kinds and sizes. She also loved to raise tarantulas. She worked for Banfield Animal Hospital as one of their Customer Service Representatives for about 1.5 years. She also worked for Creswell Veterinarian Hospital for many years.Deborah had a knack for words, phrases and puzzles, which came out when she watched ‘Wheel of Fortune’ and ‘Jeopardy’ or beating her family at ‘Scrabble.’ She was a jewelry designer and loved growing and talking about plants and listening to Rock and Roll music.She is survived by her husband Bob Halterman of Eugene Or.; daughter Michelle Kessinger; sons Chris Ewens, Eric Ewens and Toshie Viloria; Step daughters Julieann Halterman and Charlene Laroux. Also surviving are her two sisters Beverly Adams; Jacki Nieman; three brothers Richard Plymale; Jim Plymale; Bob Plymale; and two grandchildren Nathali and Jarreth. She is preceded in death by her brother Bill Plymale and granddaughter Kylie.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to West Coast Dog and Cat Rescue.Musgrove Family Mortuary is handling all of the arrangements.
