Obituary of Linda Koffman

Linda B. Koffman of Eugene, died March 23, 2013 at the age of 70. She was born July 13, 1942 in Valhalla, New York, to Edward & Beatrice (Paschal) Braisted. A Funeral service will be Thursday, April 4th at 11:00 A.M. at Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. There will be a viewing before the service from 10:00 to 11:00. A Burial will follow services at 2:30 at Oakhill Cemetery.Linda married William George Koffman on June 20, 1962 in Hartsdale, New York. She worked for San Gabriel Community Hospital, which is now San Gabriel Valley Medical Center as a LVN from 1964 to 1984. Then she worked at Sacred Heart Medical Center as an LPN for 20 years until she retired in 2004.She loved genealogy, camping, gardening, doing water aerobics, enjoyed cooking, traveling and cherished time spent with her family. She was a very giving person and put others before herself. She was a traditional, strong and courageous woman.She is survived by her daughters, Sharon L Koffman-Hampton of Huntington Beach, CA. and Jacqueline S. Koffman of Eugene, OR., five grandchildren, Jordan, Dylan, Noah, William and Kirsten.She was preceeded in death by her husband, William and two sisters, Carolyn and Mary and a brother, Edward.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
