Obituary of Zeta Sbragia

Zeta (Morrison) Sbragia Passed away on March 29, 2013 following a long battle with breast cancer. Zeta was born on August 10, 1939 in Valley City, ND to Gordon and Bessie Morrison. She was the third youngest of nine children. Zeta graduated from Dawson Co. High School in Glendive, MT. She attended the College of Great Falls and Columbus Hospital School of X-ray Technology, graduating as a register technologist in 1961. She continued to work in Great Falls and other Montana towns until she met and married August J. "Gus" Sbragia in 1962. They moved to Eugene in 1964. They had two children, Pamela Knowles of Boise, ID and Paul Sbragia of Eugene. She is also survived by four sisters and one brother and many nieces and nephews. Gus passed away in 1971. Zeta worked for clinics in this area and her last job was with Peace Health. She loved square dancing and spending time with her grandchildren and her church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Emerald Square and Round Dance Center or Trinity Methodist Church. No services are planned. Inurnment will take place in Willamette National Cemetery in Portland. Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
