Obituary of Shirley Yarber

Shirley Ann Yarber passed away June 18, 2013 of natural causes. She was 76. A graveside inurnment will be July 8, 2013 at 1pm at West Lawn Memorial Park in Eugene.Shirley was born December 28, 1936 in Santa Barbara, CA. to Garnett and Erla (Songer) Spencer. She married James Roy Yarber September 21, 1968 in Springfield, OR. She was an Avon Sales Representative for over 40 years and a CNA at Sacred Heart and Camarillo State Hospital. Shirley enjoyed canning, traveling, walks on the beach and cooking new meals. She was also a devout catholic who loved being a mom.Shirley is survived by her two daughters Janice Armstrong and Jada Boggs both of Eugene, OR.; grandsons Jeremy and Aaron Armstrong of Glendale, OR.; Erik Armstrong of Eugene, OR.; and 3 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, who passed away in 2005. Memorial contributions can be made to a leukemia charity of your choice.Musgrove Family Mortuary is taking care of the arrangements.
