Obituary of Betty June Radke-Dye

Betty June Radke-Dye of Eugene, Oregon passed away Monday July 8, 2013 due to a long time heart condition. She was born October 21, 1930 in Enterprise, Oregon by caesarean at the local hospital to William and Nellie Hodge.A Memorial Service will be held at Musgrove Family Center, Eugene, OR.; On Saturday, July 13, 2013 at 3:00 PMShe has lived at the same address in Eugene since 1964. She worked as a hairdresser/beautician for many years. She enjoyed gardening, painting, sewing, embroidery, gem/rock hunting and making things from her stones such as jewelry. She was a member of the local mineral club, the Moose Lodge, and the American Legion.She leaves behind her husband Russell Dye, 5 children: Darlene Huffman of Redmond, OR, Marieca Desrochers of Ester, AK, Dorothy Williams of Springfield, OR, Melvin Radke of Creswell, and Byron Radke of Eloy, AZ. Fifteen Grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her first husband Arthur Radke in 1988 and her eldest son Arthur Dean Radke in 1979.
