Obituary of Caroline Gordon

Caroline “Carrie” E. Gordon 96, of Eugene, Oregon died August 8, 2013. She was born August 9, 1916 in Biwabik, Minnesota to Ralph and Ellen Domiano. She married William R. Gordon in Biwabik, Minnesota on January 3, 1946. He preceded her in death October 31, 1996. She received her education in Minnesota. She ran Moldings Inc. for Tom Rash in Harrisburg, Oregon for about 10 years. She then worked for Kauffman Bro’s Department store as their merchandise order coordinator for about 15 years. She loved traveling with her husband and “little Bogus”, who was the love of her life. She loved the outdoors, was an avid gardener, enjoyed ceramics and loved her friends and family and to entertain for them. She is survived by: Daughter LaDonna Williamson of Eugene, Oregon, grandson, Matthew Carmade (Leslie) of Portland, Oregon, great-granddaughter, Etta Carmade, brother, Gordon Domiano of Biwabik, Minnesota as well as a large extended family including many nieces and nephews Contributions can be made to SonRise Christian Church. A Celebration of Life will be on Sunday August 18, 2013 at 2pm at SonRise Christian Church. A visitation will be on Monday August 19, 2013 from 10:00-11:00 am at West Lawn Memorial Chapel in Eugene.
