DYER, MARY ELLEN (HUGHES) of Damascus, Maryland, beloved wife of George (Jud) Hughes, sister of Virginia (Ginny) and John Dyer, passed away, Saturday evening, May 9, 2015. She is now with her Mother, Father and sisters Lynn & Sandi. A celebration of her life will be held at the Izaak Walton Wildlife Achievement Chapter, 26430 Mullinix Mill Road, Mt.
