Obituary of Donald Mussen

Donald Warren Mussen, 84, of Eugene, OR passed away Nov. 4. He was born April 6, 1929 in Buffalo, N.Y. He married Genevieve Scharenberg on Nov. 30, 1957. Don received a degree in Animal Husbandry from the University of California, Davis, as well as a degree in Business from Long Beach State College. He was a well-known successful salesman with many accomplishments. He enjoyed golfing, traveling, entertaining, and genealogy. He was quite a character with a great sense of humor who loved to laugh and tell funny stories. Donald was preceded in death by his wife, Gene. He is survived by his four children: Edward Mussen, Kathleen Warren, Mary Watkins, Anne Love and seven grandchildren and longtime friend Janice Charpentier. A private service will be held. Donations can be given to Oregon Heart Vascular Institute at RiverBend Hospital, Springfield, OR.
