Obituary of Bonnie Wood

Bonnie Jean Wood passed away November 1, 2013. She was born February 21, 1942 in Douglas, Wyoming to Ray and Margaret (Foster) Damrow. She married Larry Patrick Wood on November 23, 1960. He passed away in 1991. She married George VanKirk on April 19, 2007. Bonnie graduated from North Eugene High School and she worked for the City of Eugene for 20 years. Bonnie loved camping, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends. She loved animals. She especially loved her dog Sammy. She is survived by her husband George, her children Ken (Laura) Wood and Yvette (Russ) Neet and her four grandchildren. A memorial will be held at the University Fellowship Barn at 2489 Portland Street, Eugene on Saturday, November 9th at 2:00 PM.
