Obituary of Karolyn Cooper

Karolyn Cooper age 57 of Eugene, Oregon, formerly of Eureka, CA, passed away on December 15, 2013. She was born on February 26, 1956 in Wyandotte, Michigan to Charles & Elizabeth (Wood) Taylor.There will be a Celebration of Life for family and friends Sunday, December 29, 2013.Karolyn graduated from Flat Rock High School in Flat Rock, Michigan, Class of 1974, she recevied her Bachelor's degree from Humbolt State University. She served four years in the U.S. Air Force.She was the Director of Finance for Main Stream Housing in Eugene. She was also a CPA for Kernutt Stokes Brandt & Company. She was an Active member of Eugene Kiwanis Club and Eureka, CA Kiwanis.Karolyn loved the outdoors, camping, hiking, geocaching, reading, the arts, gourmet cooking and her beloved dog 'Digit.'She is survived by her son Ian Cooper of Salem, OR. one brother, Bruce Taylor of Ramsgate, England, 4 sisters, Barbara Radabaugh of Bloomsfield Hill, MI, Kathryn Christopher of Jacksonville, FL, Margaret 'Peggy' Hemerling of Hastings, MI, and Nancy Stacey of Cedar Rapids, IA.Arrangements entrusted to Musgrove Family Mortuary.
