Edward F Phillips "Frank Hooker" age 71, of Eugene, Oregon passed away on December 29, 2013. He was born September 29, 1942 in St. Louis, Missouri to Albert & Eula (McGowan) Phillips.A graveside service is planned for Friday, January 3, 2014 at 11:00 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.Edward served in the U.S. Navy and was a life-long Musician, Guitarist and Story Teller.He married Priscilla Tolmachoff on March 1, 1970 in Belleville, Illinois.He is survived by his wife and a son, Nick Phillips of Eugene, OR and a daughter, Danielle Phillips of Beaverton, OR.Arrangements entrusted to Musgrove Family Mortuary.
