Obituary of Virgil Curtis Vaughan Branth
BRANTH: Virgil Curtis Vaughan Branth, passed away suddenly on Saturday morning, July 28, 2012. He was born at 11:18 a.m. on Thursday, March 21, 1985. He leaves behind his dad Curtis Branth, sisters Rebecca, Sylvia, Connie and brothers Jonathan and Nelson, as well as adopted family in Winnipeg, uncles, aunts, cousins and families in Sioux Valley, Dog Creek, Winnipeg and other various places. Virgil was predeceased by his mom, Vivian Choken on December 24, 2011. Grandparents Ahab and Theresa Branth, Colin and Mary Choken, Uncle Tony Choken, cousins Justin Branth and Marie Dumas, Aunts Valerie Branth and Mildred Big Stone. Virgil worked at various jobs, including landscaping, while in Winnipeg. He grew up in Winnipeg until he moved to Sioux Valley to be closer to his father. He liked to travel to Winnipeg now and then to be around his friends. He enjoyed their company, laughing and having fun with them. Virgil enjoyed playing cribbage, poker and X-Box 360 games. He loved to watch movies and NBA basketball games. He would always find a hobby to occupy himself while sitting at a cozy place, as well as fixing bikes, making bows - anything that interested him. He liked reaching his friends through facebook when he got a chance and really enjoyed weight training. Virgil will be sadly missed by everyone that loved and knew him. Memories of our beloved Virgil will always be revisited over and over. His laughter, his voice will be in our hearts, his smile will be forever treasured. Our time together at places will be magically enjoyed as we return to visit it again. (See you there my son Virgil). The funeral service will be held on Friday, August 3, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Sioux Valley Veterans Hall.
