Obituary of Frances Shook

Frances L. Shook, 94, passed away on Jan 13, 2014 in Eugene, OR from cancer. She was born to George and Bessie (Crisp) Nelson on Jan 22, 1919 in Hood River, OR.At the age of 5 her family relocated to Fullerton, CA. She attended Fullerton Union High School and met the love of her life, Allen L. Shook. Frances and Allen were married on July 29, 1939. She was a homemaker who enjoyed decorating, landscaping, and watching sports. They moved to the Eugene area in 1990.She is survived by her son Gary and wife Vicky, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 1 great, great grandchild. Her husband and a daughter, Linda Ransom, preceded her in death. A memorial service will be held at a later date.Arrangements entrusted to Musgrove Family Mortuary.
