Obituary of Dolores Campbell

Dolores Campbell age 89 of Springfield, Oregon passed away on March 22, 2014 of complications due to a stroke. She was born on April 11, 1924 in Cebu, Philippines, to Benedicto & Maxima (Mier) Semine.A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 1st at 11:00 AM at St. Peter Catholic Church with a Rosary preceding at 10:00 AM. A private Entombment will be held at Sunset Hills Cememtery.Dolores married James D. Campbell on September 7, 1946 in Cebu City, Philippines. She worked in food service for the 4J School district and loved to embroidery & bake, famous for her apple pies and cinnamon rolls. She was also an avid fan of the Portland Trailblazers.She is survived by her son, Allen Campbell of Eugene, OR., and her daughter, Linda Smith (Bill) of Springfield, OR. and preceded in death by her husband James.She enjoyed the staff and residents at Bayberry Commons Assisted Living the past two years.In lieu of flowers please send memorial contributions to Sacred Heart Hospice.Arrangements entrusted to Musgrove Family Mortuary.
