Obituary of Frances Bloomfeldt

Frances Bloomfeldt passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Saturday March 29th. Frances was born January 19, 1950 in Eugene, Oregon.She married John Bloomfeldt in Vancouver, Washington on March 28, 1972. They moved to Elmira, Oregon in 1974 where they raised their 3 children, Carl, Shelley and Eric. Fran was a homemaker for many years until her children were grown. She went on to work for EDI in Eugene, Oregon for 20 years before she retired.Fran is survived by her husband John, 3 children & 5 grandchildren, Elizabeth, Emily, Gracie, Dylan, and Madelyn Bloomfeldt. She is also survived by her 6 siblings. She is preceded in death by her mother.Fran enjoyed being in the outdoors, camping, spending time with family and friends, and was an avid Duck fan.There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, April 5th at noon at the Veneta Community Center.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Willamette Valley Cancer Institute.Arrangements entrusted to Musgrove Family Mortuary.
