I will always remember Audrey as a great Brownie mom and support to the Brownies when I was a leader in Kintore. On one occasion, she arranged an outing for the whole Brownie Pack to travel via train from Ingersoll to London in the morning and to return back later in the day. Between trains, the Brownies and their leaders hiked from the train station over to the market to explore, then visited Eldon House to enjoy a picnic on the lawn and a tour of the house before returning to catch the train back to Ingersoll. Another highlight of the day for the Brownies was that Audrey had arranged for each girl to go into the engine car, meet the engineer and to view the sight down the railway tracks on the return trip to Ingersoll. It was a wonderful experience and the Brownies talked about it for a long time afterwards. My sympathy to all her family at this time. Jean (McKellar) Hammond
