Obituary of Mathew Joseph Dugal

Passed away suddenly at University Hospital, London, on Sunday, May 27, 2012 in his 61st year. Dear husband of Connie (Lunn) and proud loving father of Kevin. Son of Matt and Doris (predeceased 2008) Dugal. Oldest brother of Mark (LuAnne), Penny (Milton) Harris, and Tammy (Mike) Ganney. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, along with many cousins. Matt will also be remembered by many people throughout his neighborhood, at the golf course, and the many friends he made in years of playing and coaching baseball. He remained forever passionate about the cities of Windsor, Ontario and Detroit, Michigan, along with the Detroit Tigers, Red Wings, and Windsor Spitfires. He was happy to call Tiger Stadium and the Windsor "Barn" his second homes. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. with prayers at 7:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 31st, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Matt are asked to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
