Obituary of Eric Byron Townshend

Peacefully on Wednesday April 4th, 2012 at Victoria Hospital in his 59th year. Beloved husband of Judy. Loving father of Jeffrey and Darcy. Dear brother of Jean (Owen) Taylor, Maggie (Mark) Haines and Hank Townshend and brother-in-law of Bruce (Brenda) Dewar and Janet (Keith) Leroux. Predeceased by his parents Roy (1982) and Edith (1971) Townshend. Eric was the Union President of Local 107. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, April 11th, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. Cremation to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Donations to the London Health Sciences Foundation - Cancer Centre in memory of Eric would be appreciated by the family.
