Obituary of Lorraine Reid

Peacefully on Wednesday, February 8th, 2012 at Victoria Hospital in her 81st year. Beloved wife of Gordon Reid for 62 years. Loving mother of Linda Reid (Joe Holborn) of Harriston; Donna Summerton (Don) of Strathroy; Kathy McLean (Michael) of Perth; Barbara Chasteen (Dave) of Dayton, Ohio; and Ruth Ann Roper (Dave) of St. Thomas. Cherished old grandma of 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. The world has lost a truly loving soul, that will be remembered always. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at 109 Kittridge Avenue East, Strathroy, on Sunday, February 19th, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Lorraine are asked to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
