Obituary of Joaquim Da Cruz

Peacefully at University Hospital on Thursday, October 13th, 2011, Joaquim “Jack” Da Cruz, of London, at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Maria da Conceicao. Dear father of Annabella (Angelo) Tavares, Natalie (Alvaro) Santos and Lydia (Jack) Nunes. Loving Avo of Daniel, Christine, Steven, Lisa, Andrea and Paul. Dear Bisavô of Abigail and Myles. Visitation will take place at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Tuesday from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m., with prayers at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated from Holy Family Parish, 777 Valetta Street on Wednesday, October 19th, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment, St. Peter’s Holy Family Mausoleum.
