Obituary of Carl Hector LaCroix

At Parkwood Hospital on Sunday, October 9th, 2011, Carl Hector LaCroix passed away peacefully in his 86th year. Carl was a WWII veteran and proudly served with The Queen’s Own Rifles of Canada regiment retiring from the Armed Forces in 1976. Beloved husband of the late Ethel LaCroix (2000) and loving father of Gloria McDougall (2009) and Fred LaCroix (Sheryl). Sadly missed by his grandchildren: Lisa DiLullo, Christopher LaCroix, Colleen McDougall and David LaCroix. Carl will be fondly remembered, with love, by family and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, where the funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, October 13th, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Interment, St. Peter’s Cemetery.
