Obituary of Clark Gabel

Peacefully on Thursday, September 22nd, 2011 at University Hospital in his 60th year. Beloved husband of Heather Gabel. Loving father of Jessica Slingerland and her husband Dan. Dear son of Harold Gabel and the late Irene (1992) and son-in-law of Janet Helgesen and the late John (1990). Loving brother of Jolene Shoemaker and her husband Harold and Merlene Bergman and her husband Bob. Dear uncle of Garrett, Jaeden and Roxene. Remembered by many wonderful friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Monday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the memorial service will be conducted on Tuesday, September 27th, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Private family interment will be held at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Clark are asked to consider the Canadian Melanoma Foundation or the London Health Sciences Foundation – Transplant Unit.
