To the Russell Family, A lot of years have passed since the days of the old neighbourhood on Howard Avenue in Windsor, but there are still many fond memories and often-told stories. The neighbourhood has changed and a lot of the faces are new, but we have the memories. We lost our Mom, Helen, 3 years ago, but Dad, Bob, is still living in the house on Howard.
