Obituary of John E. Waugh

On July 28th, 2011, John E. Waugh died with his family present in the Cardiac Care Unit of University Hospital at the age of 84 years. John owned and operated John E. Waugh Ltd. Electrical Contractors for 25 years. Past President of the Electrical Contractors of London and the Electrical Contractors Association of Ontario. Predeceased by his parents Olive and Alfred Waugh and brothers Lesley (Marg) and Earnest (Hazel). Sadly missed by his wife Mary Jane Waugh, his children Greg (Paula), David, Suzanne (Mark), Christine (Ted), Bill (Sue), Michael (Barb), Richard (Sarah) as well as his 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Tuesday, August 2nd, 2011 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. George’s Parish, 1164 Commissioners Road West, London, on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Donations gratefully acknowledged for the Canadian Deaf Blind Association (Ontario Chapter) and The Foundation Fighting Blindness.
