Obituary of James Desjardine

DESJARDINE, James (Jim) – Peacefully, on Friday, July 8, 2011 at Parkwood Hospital, Jim Desjardine of London in his 69th year. Beloved husband of Judy Desjardine. Loving father of Steve Desjardine (Monica) of Tillsonburg. Loving grandfather of Lila Desjardine and Kale Desjardine both of London, Justin Fick, Alex Fick and Kris Desjardine, all of Tillsonburg. Dear son of Norma Walper (Lloyd) of Grand Bend. Dear brother of Mona (Dave) Hunt of Winnipeg, Marcia Mylan of Grand Bend, Nancy (John) Pritchard of B.C., Mark (Angie) Desjardine of Centralia, and step brother of Donnie (Marianne) Walper of Grand Bend. Jim will be fondly remembered by Ola McCall, the Keller and Ellis Families, and by his many friends. Jim is predeceased by his father Iray Desjardine. Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, where the funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at 11 am. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Jim are asked to consider Prostate Cancer Canada.
