Obituary of Branko Pasic
June 12, 1927 – June 9, 2020
Born in Bender-Oton, the former Yugoslavia, died peacefully of old age at Victoria Hospital in London, Ontario, just shy of his 93rd birthday. Predeceased by his wife Trojanka (2017), of 63 years. Branko leaves behind his devoted sons, George (Deanna), Steve and Nick, and was a proud and loving Dedo to Anica, Alex (Katelyn), Sam and Eli. Survived by his sister Draga, and brother Dusan. Forced to leave his homeland at the end of WWII, he journeyed with family members from Italy to Germany, then England before settling in Canada. After marrying Trojanka, he worked hard to provide for his family and as a proud Serb was involved in building a community hall, soccer grounds and St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church with like-minded compatriots. A small family service will take place. Due to current circumstances, a memorial luncheon will take place at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Branko are asked to consider St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church, 5567 Wonderland Road South, London.
