Obituary of Richard Skinner

Richard Carl SkinnerDecember 29, 1943 – September 27, 2014Richard was born in Seattle, Washington to Sidney and Betty (Crowell) Skinner; survived by a brother, Wade Skinner of Junction City, and a sister, Rita McCoy of Prineville.Richard attended Oregon Technical Institute and became a registered professional Land Surveyor in 1968. In his practice he surveyed land and mineral surveys in six Western States. He will be remembered as a kind and loving person.His Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 25 at 1:00 p.m. at Viking Sal Senior Center, 245 West 5th Avenue, Junction City.Arrangements entrusted to Murphy-Musgrove Funeral Home.
