Obituary of Shellie Rice

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 26th at 2:00pm at Musgrove Family Mortuary for Shellie Rena Rice.Shellie passed away October 22, 2014 at the age of 51 after bravely battling brain cancer for 7 ½ years. She was born March 12, 1963 in Fresno, California to Ronnie and Inella (King) Graham. She married Robert McMillin and they were married for twenty years before his sudden death. She then married her second husband, Rick Rice in Eugene in 2004.Shellie was an amazing customer service representative, having worked for several companies. She loved music, the outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.Survivors include her husband, Rick Rice of Eugene; her parents, Ronnie Graham of Portland, Oregon and Inella Northrup of La Pine, Oregon; a daughter, Kristy Gleason of Sherwood, Oregon; a son, Robert McMillin of Santa Rosa, California; a stepdaughter, Rachel Rice of Springfield, Oregon; three brothers and three sisters.Memorial contributions may be made to the American Association for Cancer Research.
