Obituary of Helene Maria Stark

STARK, Helene Maria – Peacefully at Kensington Village on March 31, 2011, in her 83rd year, Helene Maria (Schweda) Stark was taken from her family to go home with God. She will be sadly missed by her sons: Martin and his wife Betty (Elizabeth) and Jim and his wife Jane; her grandchildren: Kevin and his wife Jen, Renea and her husband Jamie, Shawn and his wife Elisabeth, Amanda, Becky and Vance and his partner Sandi; as well as by her great-grandchildren: Rachel, Jay, Brooke, Brianna and Jaclyn. She will also be sadly missed by her family in Germany, her extended family in Canada and her friend Nancy Feaver. Predeceased by her husband Vernon (2004). Helene was a long-time employee of the University of Western Ontario. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Monday, April 4th, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Interment, Oakland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to London Health Sciences - Cancer Centre or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
