Cathy, it is difficult to tell you how deeply Inger and I feel about Ole’s untimely death. What started as a family relationship between us quickly became a warm friendship. We spent lots of great time together, particularly the many times we visited you in Florida, but also when you lived in West Vancouver, and we will never forget the fun time we had leading up to your wedding in Hawaii. We are thankful that we had the opportunity to say goodbye to Ole only a few weeks ago and experience that he still had his humor intact and even left us with a smile. With great personal sorrow, we ask to share your loss and to extend our sympathy, we know there is a great adjustment for you to overcome, but with time we are sure you will adjust to your new situation.
