Passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 6th, 2011, at Marion Villa, London, with her family at her side. Beloved wife of the late William (Jerry) Hayhoe. Loving mother to Mary Kilgour, Graham (Sheila), and Bill, all of London. Loving Nanny to Heather (Ken) Inger, Jennifer (John) McPhee, Jeff (Jenn) Hayhoe, Jamie (Sarah) Hayhoe, Frank (Kristen) Cousins, and Ceilidh Cousins. Proud Great-Nanny to Miranda, Jade, Nicole, Scott, Emily, Summer, Anthony, Ethan and Aaron. Dear sister of Robert Forrest and Bill Forrest of Wishaw, Scotland and Jeanette McFadyen of Mandurah, West Australia. Predeceased by her parents, Robert and Mary Forrest, siblings Dave, Agnes, Betty, Tom, Margaret, Jenny and Masie, and her son-in-law, Alex Kilgour. In 1952, Fay’s lifelong love of music, singing, and ballroom dancing arrived with her from her native Scotland as she and Jerry built a new life for their family in their beloved adopted homeland. Fay’s family would like to thank all the staff at Marian Villa 1 for their care and compassion. A celebration of Fay’s life will be held at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North on Friday, March 11th, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior to the service. Private family interment of ashes in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Fay’s memory to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
