Sandi, Alex, Billie, Rachelle and Dan......I have had the pleasure of knowing some of your family for 35 years....and I have always realized what a special and brilliant man I met in John Carroll. He loved his family and he was proud of all of you. Especially those that made him smile like you did. You brought him joy and gave him his reason for being.....husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, educator, mentor, advisor, and everything else that made him outstanding.
