Obituary of Reneé Lewellen

Reneé Lewellen of Junction City, Oregon, passed away on December 5, 2014 at the age of 57. She was born on December 21, 1956 in Ontario, Oregon to Sam and Charlene (Charles) Lewellen. Reneé was a RN at Sacred Heart Medical Center and McKenzie Willamette Hospital for about 29 years. Reneé is survived by her daughters Rachelle Payne (Keith) of Monroe, Oregon, Whitney Loop (James) of Salem, Oregon; three sisters, Melodey Lewellen, Lori Lewellen, Shelley Lewellen of Hawaii, one brother, Michael Tabura of California, and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother Rick Lewellen. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2014, at 10:30am at Bellfountain Community Church. The family requests to please wear bright clothing. A private inurnment will take place at Bellfountain Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in loving memory to Greenhill Humane Society.
