I was saddened to hear of Norma' s passing. Norma hired me over 25 years ago when she was a supervisor for Community Family Services in Sarnia. She was a fantastic mentor and role mode, not only for me, but for others who also had the opportunity to work with her. Her devotion to people in need, her compassion, her strength and kindness are all qualities that I admired in Norma. Still to this day, I often use the values that she taught me and I believe that she had an important role in the work that I do today. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I was so sorry to hear of Norma's passing. I worked with Norma for many years when she was a supervisor with Community Family Services and later with the County of Lambton. Norma was a great advocate for people in need. Her kindness and compassion was evident not only in her dealings with the public but also in dealing with the staff. I have many fond memories of Norma. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time. RIP Norma.

My deepest condolences to the Kelly family. Norma was my Supervisor at Community Family Services (Sarnia) and Social Services (County of Lambton). Norma was a very caring woman who really made a difference in peoples lives, which included staff and other community agencies. She always tried to bring out the best in people. Clients were always dealt with dignity, care and compassion. My deepest condolences.
