Kay had the most bubbly personality, the most infectious laugh....how could anyone every forget that? I am so thankful that I was one of the fortunate ones to get to know Kay during our Bell years. To her family and special friends (Doreen, Janet, Cheryl and Jamie).....you have lost a very good friends but she is now at rest! And, can't you just hear that laugh up there with Ruth?
