Obituary of Jo-Anne Kachan

Kachan, Jo-Anne – After an eleven year battle, surrounded by her family, Jo-Anne Kachan (nee Ross) passed away on Tuesday, November 16th, 2010 at the age of 62 at Victoria Hospital. She is lovingly remembered by her partner Ginny Cluff; her children Tracy Sakellis (Steve) and Tom Kachan (Sarah); brother Brian Ross (Karen); sister Laurie Ross (Lawren Steventon); grandchildren Taylor and Alex Sakellis; nephews Bradley Ross (Samantha) and Geoffrey Steventon; Ginny`s sons Ryan (Heather) and Scott (Tara). A memorial service will be held at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Saturday, November 20th, 2010 at 1:00 pm. with visitation one hour prior to the service. A special thank you to the wonderful staff of the Cancer Clinic, especially Dr. Vincent and Connie Morrison. We`d also like to thank P.J. (VON) for her excellent home care. We`d like to express our gratitude to the staff of the Victoria Hospital Palliative Care Unit for their care and compassion. A special thanks to her nurse, Lisa, who helped us through that final day.
